Shipping & Delivery
At Flip Flop Labs our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-15 business days from the date that it is placed.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday, except for national holidays. Orders made on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Delivery = Processing time + Shipping Time.

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders are then processed and shipped, which can take an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International orders are shipped via ePacket to your address.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items are dispatched. Please be mindful that order processing might take longer during sale time.
